Refund Policy

Information regarding returns and refunds

If you have received any order that is incorrect, or if you received damaged or defective product, we would either issue a refund or exchange the product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement product. Products returned which were not sent in error nor defective, must be returned within 5 business days in original saleable condition and packaging. In this instance freight is the responsibility of the purchaser. In all cases, please email barry@vaccessories.co.nz prior to returning any product.
