Information regarding returns and refunds

Where purchases have been made online via credit card, we will credit the card you used to make your purchase in the event of a refund needing to be made.If you have received any order that is incorrect, or if you received damaged or defective merchandise, we will either issue a refund or exchange the item upon its return. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement.Goods returned which are not in error or defective must be returned within 5 working days in original condition and packaging including order details clearly visible on the outside of the packaging.
