Vaccessories (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates vaccessories.co.nz and supplies vacuum parts and accessories across New Zealand.

The information we collect
- You give us: name, contact details, delivery address, order details, communications, and any information you include in forms or emails.
- Automatic data: device type, browser, pages viewed, time on site, referring URL, approximate location (derived from IP), and similar technical data collected via cookies and similar technologies.
- Payments: we use third-party payment processors to handle card payments securely. We do not store full card numbers.
- Account data: login email and hashed password, order history, saved addresses.
- Customer support: call notes or ticket history if you contact us.
